Singing?
What makes your emotions jump and swirl and move around as you listen, write, read, think, feel?
Is it sounds mixed together beautifully dancing across your ear drums? Serenading your inner thoughts of joy or even pain?

Writers write differently. Not something new.
I feel there are two kinds of writer processes (with a grey area in the middle of course):
Outline Writers and Free Write Writers
Before I define, let me tell a tale of thoughts…or something like that…
This weekend got me to thinking about something a fellow writer said to me. We had been discussing writing (of course we were), and I made a statement about not having written in a couple of weeks, but that I had been working on my outline. He then said to me, “Well that counts, doesn’t it? I mean, how many words have you added to your outline? 100? 500? That is still writing.”

This post comes as an inspiration from one of my Reeders. We were talking about traditions, and this is what came to mind.
Traditions. They come in many forms. From the whole family being together on Christmas or Fourth of July or any other important holiday to enjoying a family game night every Saturday night, traditions are different for each family. Some families have the kind of traditions that are passed on to family members through generations, but often there are small traditions within a small unit of family that may only be followed while the family is together. My family was a lot like the latter.

Birthdays only come once a year. Unless you were born twice, which in all honesty I couldn’t explain or try to even. Unless you’re an alien. Which would be kind cool. But do they celebrate birthdays on your planet? Do they even have a word for birthday?
